This Urban Athletics Privacy Policy does not replace or supersede the privacy policies or Notices of Privacy Practices applicable to healthcare services provided through the Axentra Health-powered platform.

Individuals should review the applicable privacy notices and terms presented through the healthcare platform before submitting medical or other sensitive health information.

Standard email and SMS/MMS communications may not provide the same privacy protections as systems specifically designed for transmission of sensitive medical information.

Unless specifically instructed to use an approved method, you should not send medical records, laboratory reports, detailed medical histories, Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, or similarly sensitive information through general Urban Athletics email addresses, website forms, or SMS numbers.
