Certain healthcare-related services may be provided through independent licensed healthcare professionals, pharmacies, healthcare platforms, or other third-party providers.

You may use urbanathletics.co for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with the security or operation of the website

Urban Athletics may provide general educational information concerning peptides, hormone-related wellness services, performance optimization, and other wellness options.

The availability of information concerning a particular therapy or service does not mean that the therapy is appropriate, medically necessary, safe, or available for any particular individual.

Medical eligibility, diagnosis, treatment decisions, prescribing decisions, medication selection, dosing, monitoring, and other clinical decisions must be made by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Urban Athletics does not guarantee that an individual will qualify for or receive any prescription medication or healthcare service.

Urban Athletics may provide access or links to a separate healthcare and e-commerce platform powered by Axentra Health.

Through that environment, individuals may be able to complete medical intake documentation, submit health or laboratory information, interact with healthcare providers, obtain medical review, receive prescriptions when medically appropriate, or access pharmacy-related services.

Healthcare professionals, pharmacies, laboratories, Axentra Health, and other third parties may maintain their own terms, privacy policies, Notices of Privacy Practices, informed consents, payment policies, and other agreements.

Your use of those third-party services is subject to the terms and policies applicable to the applicable provider or platform.

Urban Athletics’ Terms do not replace or supersede those separate agreements.

If you elect to receive marketing email from Urban Athletics, we may send information concerning programs, services, fitness and wellness education, performance optimization, peptide education, consultations, events, memberships, promotions, and other Urban Athletics offerings consistent with your communication preferences.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism contained in the applicable email.

Unsubscribing from marketing email will not necessarily prevent transactional, administrative, appointment-related, membership-related, or other communications necessary to provide services you have requested.

By affirmatively opting into an Urban Athletics SMS/MMS program, you authorize Urban Athletics to send recurring automated informational and/or marketing text messages to the mobile telephone number you provided concerning the messaging program and subject matter for which you enrolled.

Changes to these Terms do not retroactively create SMS marketing consent where such consent is otherwise required.

These Terms and your use of urbanathletics.co are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

The terms governing separate healthcare providers, pharmacies, or third-party platforms may specify different governing law and are not modified by this provision.
